Nope, they're still here. We all received a final notice yesterday.

The administration of these blogs has always been incompetent, so I don't know why I believed that now.

BTW, are you still living with Karen Traviss? I always figured you had to be that close in order to have your head so far up her butt. Or maybe it was just up your own a$$.

Longer than Forever

Well, the Star Wars are finally scheduled to shut down today.

If they'd told us it was going to be this long, I might have renewed in January of 2011.  Not that I've blogged here, either, but I would have liked to have had the option.

I suppose I did have the option back then, but I wasn't going to pay for an entire year and only get a few months.

There is one good thing about the blogs shutting down... No one will ever be abused by Dark Moose again.  Bastard.

And just a side note to Bonnie:  Don't take sides against fans, especially paying fans.  Sorry you got fired.  Oh wait, no I'm not.  Bitch.

And we can celebrate, however late, the firing of Karen Traviss from writing any more crappy clone books.  Bitch.

On another note, I was enjoying The Clone Wars on television, until this last season.  If they hadn't lost me during the first few episodes with no Obi-Wan, they definitely would have lost me with the Darth Maul bit.  Ridiculous.  If you wanted a new bad guy, George and Dave, then make one up, don't resurrect dead ones.

Especially Maul, you've cheapened Qui-Gon's sacrifice  of his life, and Obi-Wan's heroics.  The ending of TPM is cheapened, too.

It's almost as bad as Traviss resurrecting Boba Fett.
